Calypso Score 2.6.1 and Jam 1.1.1 is on it's way

I just submitted new versions of Calypso Score and Calypso Jam to Apple for approval. These are mainly bug fixes:


- self synchronization of own recordings are finally back!
- some users reported problems using the new bookmark manager, which is fixed now
- fixed a bug when trying to import a renamed export file
- fixed a bug when trying to import songs into the 'All My Songs' songbook
- fixed a bug when trying to draw an annotation with two fingers
- layout issues when showing pdf files after leaving a browser session or the help mode
- some minor improvements in the user interface
- new (improved?) app icons - but not the final versions for sure
